I help organisations, teams and communities reconnect and move forward into collective action.
I design and facilitate shared experiences that build trust, better communication, and group energy.
Collaborations
Playful experiences spark connection, joy, and creative group flow.
My creative DNA
Games & experiential workshops
Immersive simulations and experiential workshops that build trust, explore complexity, and shed light on new perspectives. Designed to be engaging and playful, yet grounded in real data and dynamics.
Circle Songs: improvised body music
A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. We are the instruments.
Facilitation at gatherings & events
Facilitating gatherings and events that feel focused, alive, and human. Helping groups arrive fully, bond, and move forward together with clarity and purpose.
In numbers and maps
I’ve had the privilege to co-create with people across cultures, movements, and contexts. From grassroots groups to global gatherings, I have designed and shaped participatory experiences at scale, including the Climate Simulation Games that have become a cornerstone of the annual Climate Justice Camp.
My background
I’m Matteo.
I hold a MSc from HEC Paris in Management, Sustainability and Social Innovation and a first honours BA in History & International Relations from the University of Exeter.
I have lived in 6 countries and worked across the globe for Greenpeace, focusing on community organising, movement building, and group facilitation. I weave in improv theatre and music.
I’m a big believer in experiential learning and in designing playful experiences that move and motivate people into action from a place of creativity and joy.
